On-site visits
Simple, no-cost video visitation (appointment required)
All on-site visits are conducted through a video monitor.
On-site visits are free of charge.
Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Schedule in one of two ways:
- Use the computer terminal in our lobby.
- Schedule online (on-site or at-home) at IC Solutions .
Visitation rules
Please review and follow these rules to ensure a smooth visitation experience.
Each prisoner is allowed one visit per week.
Visits are limited to twenty-five (25) minutes and strictly enforced.
Up to four (4) visitors are allowed per visit.
Visits may not be split or shared between inmates.
All visitors sixteen (16) and older must present a valid government ID (school IDs are not accepted).
Visitors must wear modest clothing.
Visitors must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Visitors must not have been incarcerated within the last 90 days.
Prohibited items
No cell phones, keys, food, drink, or other personal items are allowed in the visiting room.
Monitoring notice
Personal visits may be monitored and will be recorded. All visits are completed through monitors.
Tip: Arrive early to check in and ensure you have required identification and attire.
